Falling Sky (3, c, Lion Heart/Sea Dragoness) earned his first graded stakes win on Saturday at Tampa Bay Downs in the Sam F. Davis Stakes (G3).  It was the colt’s first attempt at a two turn race after previously competing in 6 and 6 1/2 furlongs races, but the distance was not a problem as he led the entire race. The colt now has 3 wins in 4 lifetime starts and earnings of $164,800.  Falling Sky was bred in Pennslyvania by Copper Penny Stables LLC and is a graduate of the 2010 Keeneland November Sale.
