Flashy Dresser Wins Rushaway Stakes for Owner/Trainer Fred Seitz

Making his stakes debut on March 24th in only his second start, Flashy Dresser (Flashy Bull/Saltnvinegar) won the 75k Rushaway Stakes at Turfway Park.   The 3-year-old colt is now two for two with earnings of $73,065.  The colt is owned and trained by Frederick J. Seitz and was bred in Kentucky by Ricky G. Smith.

California Memory – 3rd in Hong Kong Gold Cup

California Memory (Highest Honor/Kalpita) was 3rd in the Citibank Hong Kong Gold Cup on Sunday at Sha Tin.  The 6-year-old gelding was bred in Kentucky by Brookdale Farm and was sold at the Keeneland September 2007 sale.

Brookdale Grad, Robi Jo, is 2 for 2 in 2012

Robi Jo (Lemon Drop Kid/Lore Remember Me) won for the second time at Fair Grounds on Friday in just her second start.  The 3-year-old filly was bred and raised in Kentucky by Brookdale Farm and was sold at the Keeneland September 2010 sale.

Brookdale Grad, Delta Ranger, Breaks Maiden

Delta Ranger (Mr. Greeley/Ever Hopeful) broke his maiden on Saturday with a win at Gulfstream Park.  The 3-year-old colt was bred and raised in Kentucky by Brookdale Farm and was sold at the Keeneland September 2010 sale.

Brookdale Grad, Bodemeister, Breaks Maiden

Bodemeister (3, c, Empire Maker/Untouched Talent) broke his maiden over the weekend in a MSW at Santa Anita.  The 3-year-old was bred in Virginia by Audley Farm and was sold at the 2010 Keeneland September sale for $260,000. Best of luck to all his connections!

I’ll Have Another wins G2 Robert B. Lewis

I'll Have Another (3, c, Flower Alley/Arch's Gal Edith) won the GII Robert B. Lewis Stakes at Santa Anita on Saturday.  The chestnut colt went off at 43-1 but cleared the field and won by 2 and 3/4 lengths.  I'll Have Another was bred in Kentucky by Harvey Clarke and was a 2010 Keeneland September Graduate.  Best of luck to all of the connections.

Brookdale Grad, Robi Jo, Breaks Maiden

Robi Jo (Lemon Drop Kid/Lord Remember Me, 3, f) broke her maiden first time out on Sunday at Fair Grounds.  Bred in Kentucky by Brookdale Farm, Robi Jo was sold at the Keeneland September 2010 sale ($20,000 P.S.) to Larry and Cindy Jones.

California Memory Wins G1 Hong Kong Cup

California Memory (Highest Honor/Kalpita) won the G1 Cathay Pacific Hong Kong Cup at the Sha Tin racecourse on Sunday.  California Memory was bred and raised in Kentucky by Brookdale Farm and was sold at the 2007 Keeneland September sale.  Read the full story in the TDN and the Bloodhorse.

Dam of Hot 2yo, IL VILLANO, to sell at Keeneland January

Do the Wekiva (Wekiva Springs/We Say Do) is to be sold at the Keeneland January sale carrying a full sibling to the hot 2yo, Il Villano.  Il Villano won another stake on 12/6 at Parx and now has earnings of over $125,000.

Cozzetti Breaks Maiden at Churchill

Brookdale graduate, Cozzetti (Cozzene/Lemon Drop Cello), broke his maiden yesterday at Churchill Downs.  The 2-yo colt was bred in Kentucky by Soc. Agr. Santa Elena De Chimbarongo Ltd. and was sold at the Keeneland November 2009 sale.  Best of luck to all the connections.
