Duff (2,c, Candy Ride (ARG)/To The Brim) won by a head yesterday in the Christopher Elser Memorial Stakes (75k) at Parx. In just 6 starts, the two year old now has three wins and earnings of $133,220. He was bred in Pennsylvania by Two Sisters Farm and is owned by The Elkstone Group LLC.
Brookdale Sales, agent for Aislabie Bloodstock consigned Strawberrydaiquiri the eight year old mare by Dansili in foal to Dubawi. She was purchased for $1.45 million on November 5th at the Keeneland November breeding stock sale. Her ticket was signed by Benoit Jeffroy of Mandore International Agency.
Storm Dixie dam of 4x G1 winner Princess of Sylmar brings $1.9 million at the Fasig-Tipton November sale. She is in foal to Tapit and purchased by Olin Gentry, agent.
Canadian grade I winner Sarah Lynx brought over $2 million in the Fasig-Tipton November sale. She was offered in foal to Street Cry and purchased by the Don Alberto Corporation. She won the 2011 Canadian International against the boys and is a seven year old daughter of Montjeu.

Sage Cat, the dam of stallion Desert Party, along with her Bodemeister filly will be selling with Brookdale at the Keeneland November Sale. Her yearling filly by Tapit had the sale topping price at the Fasig-Tipton October Sale of $410,000 and was purchased by Conquest Stables.
Brookdale Grad Branded Hand (3,c, Hard Spun/Cape Cod Lady) won a starter allowance yesterday at Keeneland. He now has 3 wins in 13 lifetime starts and earnings of $97,190. Branded Hand was bred in Kentucky by Somewhere Stables KY, LLC and is a graduate of the 2012 Keeneland September Sale.
Only one filly has ever won the Kentucky Oaks, CCA Oaks, Alabama and Beldame Stakes. Princess of Sylmar did last year, defeating champions Beholder, Royal Delta and many others. Hip 136 Sarah Lynx (IRE) beat the boys at Woodbine in the Pattison Canadian International in 2011 to earn her Grade 1 winning status. Having earned over $1million on the track, she would be a lovely addition to anyone’s broodmare band. She is in foal off a February cover to leading sire Street Cry (IRE).
